Am asking this question on Behalf of my friend.
Will H1 B visa still be valid once the original papers has been collected back by the company which has applied for H1 after resignation from the company.
Now she has got H1 B visa and passport stamped. will this visa can be used for transfering to other employer with out original papers and also she did not travelled atleast once to USA.
