1. I am planning to go to Vancouver next week for my H1B visa stamping. Currently, my visa stastus is H4 and recently(Dec 2006) completed my MS here in USA. My H1B application has been approved last June, 2006 based on my studies in India and the work experience there.
Q1: Do you foresee any issues in getting the H1B visa stamping with my current situation?
Q2: Can I come back to USA on the previously approved H4 visa which is still valid until 1st week of March and continue working? (Incase, if I didn't get the H1B stamping)
