Hi Guyz,
Need immediate help. I am in process of filing my H1B this April through one of the consultants in US. I am a little worried about my H1B approval as I have a B.Com degree + GNIIT (3 year diploma) from NIIT. I want to know what are the chances of approval and rejection as per my above qualification. I am an IT professional with 6+ years of IT experience. I just don't want to take risk as I would be paying for my H1B to the consultant and so want to make sure whether I can go ahead with the process or what can I do to get H1B approved?
