Hi,
I earlier also posted that I gave H1 interview in Delhi. they asked me to pay $85 and gave finger printing. this is AAP case. Even after 4 months, I did not get any reply from consulate. I called/e-mail... they have same answer AAP. my question is:
1) My petition is valid for only one year. if this AAP went more than that, then still my petition will be valid or not???
2) if AAP went more than 1 year, then do I need to file new visa?
3) if above 2 are wrong, will my petition be valid for 3 years(as specified in petition)?? means if I got clearance in next 2.5 years, I can go to US after that for remaining period of time
