L2 EAD to H1
Hi,
I am on L2 EAD working for a reputed firm who wants to apply for my H1.
However, the problem is that I have not got my last employer's experience letter. I left my previous employed in Jan 2007 and he has still not sent me my experience letter and I have a feeling that he is deliberately trying to delay the release of exp letter. I had 2.5 years of work in that firm (total 5 yrs)
Please advice me on this situation. Can my paystubs and offer letter be of any use in place of experience letter?
