Two H1 B offers simultaneously

Hi,
I had recieved two H1B offers from my US Employeers.My question is:
1. Can I simultaneously go for both the offers and later after getting H1 I can decide which to join.
2. Also my current Organisation is filing L1 for me. Does this impact Nything on my H1 ?
