Hi All,
My wife is on H4 visa which is getting expired on March 24th, 2007. I applied her extension for H4.
In the meantime She went back to India on 1st week of Feb 07 and came back on 2nd week of March 07.
I got a notice from US Immigration stating that her application for extending H4 status can not be approved as she left to India on Feb 1st week.
Since her visa is getting expired on 24th March. What options we have?
1)Can I apply her extension again as she has come back?
2)While re-entering USA, she got I-94 till 24th March, Can I extend the I-94 validity?
3)Does she need to go back to India before March 24th?
Please let me know as this is very urgent for me.
Any assistence will be really helpful for us now
