H1 transfer from company aaa to bbb within india

Iam currently working for a company AAA in India who have processed my H1B.
But as my company is not sending me to US and also not giving me I797, Iam planning to shift to another company BBB within india, in that case can i transfer
my H1B from company aaa to bbb. Please let me know the possible options.
