I came to US on Company A H1 visa for short term. Things turned out well and Company B applied for a premium visa transfer.
I am going back to India in sometime with Company B visa papers. I have plans of formally resigning Company A and travel back after sometime with Company B visa.
The issue I have is I need to get my wife with me and she doesn't have a H4 yet. I have no documents such as payslip, bank statement etc since my visit was for a very short time.
Will there be a issue in getting H4 for my wife? All I have is the Company B visa paper, petition and the LCA.
Any thoughts????
