H1-B Transfer two months gap between submission date and approval date

My new Employer applied for H1 transfer on Nov 1st 2006, but my new H1 approval documents shows the valid date from Jan 1st 2007, there is around 2 months of gap between Submission date and Approval date. So my question is this will have any impact on my Green Card process there is any possibility to raise a question by Immigration department what I was doing for a period of 2 months.
