Hi,
I have got my 8th year extension and currently in US.
My H1-B visa on the passport has been expired almost 3 years ago. Afterwards, my visa has been renewed 2 times.
I am planning to visit India end of this month to get my H1-b Visa stamped. My wife and children will be staying here in US. Can I leave them here and appear myself for the stamping alone? Is it a good idea?
Appreciate if you someone who has past exprerience suggest inthis regard.
