I am working for a company A, which has its presence in india as well as in USA. I got H1B filed and stamped for the company A. My visa is valid till Apr 08. I came back to India on 12th may 2007 to work for the same company A in India. Now I wish to go back to USA. The company A would not send me again. I am planning for a change of employeer. Is it possible to do now from being in india ? If it is not possible to do that from being in india, is there a workaround to do so. I have my recent pay stubs with me and the visa is still valid. If I find an employeer for me in USA within one month and I travel with my old VISA to usa without the knowledge of the employeer A, is it possible to proceed with the transfer from being there in USA. I am badly in need of this help.
