I tried searching various forums for similar situation but could find 100% relevant scenerio.

" I am currently on H1b with Employer X with H1b validity date as Aug'2007. Now as Labor substitution laws are changing, I got a new job offer with pre-approved labor with company Y".
1) Can i apply for H1b Ext with Comp X and also H1b transfer at same time with comp Y?
2) If i directly apply for H1b transfer with comp Y, will my H1b be extended with new date or i need to apply for H1b Extension with comp Y?
3) My final goal is file I140 before July'15th'2007 with the new pre-approved labor available with comp Y,so how much is estimated time if we include premium processing?
4) Finally, my experience is 5+years and pre-approved requires 2 years of experience.Will there be any questioning while filling I140 regarding the my total exp of 5 years versus reqd exp of 2 years?
