Hello Friends,
I am currently in US on H4,and have got my H1b which will be active from 1st Oct 2007 .My H4 expires on 30th September 2007 which is not a problem.
Now am planning to visit India.
1. Is it a good thing for me to visit India for about 2 weeks?
2. Will there be any problem during the stamping of my I-94 while returning?
3. Are there any limitations of when I can travel to India and comeback. I am planning to be back before my H4 ends. Want to know what are the rules associated with this and any recommendations.
Please let me know the answers.
