I am in H1 and my 6 yrs expires this september. I have applied for my 3 yrs extension(I-140 approved) just 5 days back. My stamping in passport has expired last march. As my mom is critical I have to travel to India in 1 week time. I have to attend an Interview to come back here. Will I get the stamping with just 3 months valid visa in hand. Please help me. What can I do?.
