Dear all,
I need an answer on following query.
If I am working for company A and they hold my H1B. I get an offer from another company and they start my H1B transfer paperwork. The other company is still looking for the project. I have told them(Company B) that I will not join the company unless and until they are able to find a project.
My concern is when will my Company A will be notified by CSC regarding my H1 transfer?
