    Currently on H1-B, applaying for I-485, I-765?

    Hi,
    I currently have an H1-B visa valid until October 2008, I recently got married to an american, and I am submitting I-485 for a change of status. Do I need to apply for I-765 ? It is not very clear if I should, since I have authorization to work. Please help.
