Regarding H1-B Transfer
Hi All,
Right now I am having H1 and its going to expire next year (April 2008). Till now I didn't travel to US with my H1. My current H1 shows ABC as employer, but I was no more with the company ABC.
Now can I apply for the transfer of H1 here in India to other employer? If so what are all the documents required for transfer.
One of the consultant says that can be done, but before going to him I want to know if that can be really possible.
