I searched regarding the problem but could only little amount of information, hence starting a new thread...
I have a H1B which starts this october 1st, i got my masters degree this may but could not apply with it so my H1B is on Bachelors degree.
Can i attend my Visa Interview at Mexico/Canada even before the H1 start date, i have paystubs from the company from when i was working on OPT.
and I am also planning to go to India in October.
Please advice.
