Missing 'Petition Details' link for spouse

Booked visa stamping appointment in Chennai for me and for my husband. Both are going for H1 B visa stamping. But for some reason 'Petition details' link is not showing up for me. But it comes for my husband and filled it. Both of them got 156 and 157 forms.

Any idea why petition details are not asked for me?
