I am on H1B. My 3 years visa expires in December. I am traveling to India in Dec. I am planning to apply for an extension with my H1-B extension papers and subsequently appear for the interview.
My ques. is,
Do I have an option to get my PP back, if they delay my visa issue process, so that I can come back to US on my old visa.
I have heard that they cancel the old visa and then makes new visa. If they cancel, it would create a problem for me.
Could you pls. advise.
