Need help for H4 renewal

Hi

I applied for H1 extension last year, I got my H1 but my wife H4 not yet received, because there is issue on I94. Again I applied for extension in premium process this year, I got it my H1 in a week, but my wife H4 did not received.

What I need to do? Because my lwayer says, I have to wait till my wife H4 should be approved to apply for my 140 and with my family 485.

So what is your suggestions and ideas.

How can I proceed this issue.
