L1 to H1, going for L1 stamping with new petition
hi,
i'm working for a company-a on L1-B visa and it expired on 20-oct-2007 and I got a H1 approved effective from 01-oct-2007, through company-b.
I have applied for an extension of L1B visa and I continued working for the company-a itself (since I can stay in US for 240days after applying extension, though my L1 visa has expired).
Now, my current employer wants me to go to India and get stamping on L1. I have a new petition and new workpermit for this. (just like a new L1B).
Will this void my H1 which is approved ??
Will this cause any problems for my stamping, L1 ??
