Clarification Regarding H4
My wife, son (H4) & I (H1) got stamped last year (Nov 2006) in Gulf and we shifted to India.
We have another baby born in Jan 2007 in India due to that my wife didn’t travel to US along with me. In Feb 2007 I came to US.
Now I changed employer and having new H1 petition.
My question is Do I need to get H4 stamp again for all three dependents as I changed the employer or I have to do H4 only for my new born baby.
If I did H4 stamping only for my baby is it going to a problem in Immigration check.
Please give me advice to move forward s I’m planning to take appointment.
