I have just applied for the h1 extension . but the time remaining on my h1 is only 3 months.
1. will i get my h1 approved ?
considering my LC pending, I am eligible for the 7th year. but unfortuantely, this document proof is not submitted.in this case,
2. does my h1 ext still includes 7th year ? or should I apply separately ?
