Issused 221g and ask me to come consulate once again

Hi,

On Nov 21st i went to chennia consulate and they issued 221g Blue form and asked me to come with all the marked documents once again to the consulate on any Monday to thursday.Now my employer is providing me the documents.

can i go now with all the marked documents?.Is their any chances are their in getting the VISA?.What was the difference between the droping the documents and going in personal to the consu,alte with all marked documents
