Hi all,
I came to US on H4 4 months back.. My old company applied for my H1, got the approval and I got my visa stamped by going abroad... Now, they are not able to find me a job and so, they paid me salary for 1 week in September.. Now, another company is ready to transfer my H1 and give me a job. But, the problem is that I have paystub only for 1 week. Is it possible to do H1 transfer with 1 week's paystub.
