Hi,
Currently i am filing for my H1 Visa.
Some time in the past, i had a B1 visa. During B1 visa filing from company B, i had mentioned in the application that i had worked for companies C and D.
But now i am filing H1 from company A.
Now, i don't have any Experience cert Or Reliving letter from the companies C and D. These companies are closed.
But i have all the certificates related to A and B
So i am not showing these companies for my H1 filing. Note that i had mentioned them in B1 application.
Will this be any problem ? Will they compare my B1 during processing H1.
Is there any chances of my H1 getting rejected ?????
