I guess this Q would have been asked a million times...but so many things have changed in recent days...just want to make sure..
If I have previous company H1 visa valid till Nov 2003, can I come back on same with new H1 approval from current company? Is there any such things as Visa should be valid for some minimum period(say 6 months) when I return in July'03?
Earlier I was planning to get the new visa stamped in Mumbai, India but because of time constraints I may not be able to do that during my visit.
So would really appreciate your response.
