Hi , I am in process of changing my employer while on H1b. but remain with the same client . Cause this employer purposely delaying my GC Processing and not giving me any information.
When I informed them I am leaving and joining another company but will remain with the same client (HR person informed them at the client) . they are threatening to file a case . I dont remember signing anything.
Any comment/suggestion on this. Any help would be appreciated.
