Change of LAST Name for the Minor Child
Dear All,
I am looking for some information regarding " Change of LAST Name for the Minor Child". Here is my situation,
Recently I married a woman (she was widow and has daughter), they both don't have any previous passport (they are in India). We are in the process of applying new passport for both My wife and Daughter. I understand that my wife can put my LAST Name as her Last name (we have necessary documents, new marriage certificate and ex-husband's death certificate), but my question is, what should we do to have the daughter my last name in her passport?
