Hi,
My H1 Application has been filled for 3 months know but I didn't received EAC#. My Employer is saying Laywer has given assurance that nothing is wrong in the case approval should come as normal.
Is it possible to get approval even without getting EAC# ?
At the same time one of my collegues papers were filled on the same day with me and he received both EAC# and Approval as well.
Can any one help in this.
I am worried that my case is not under consideration at all.
And I can't reach LAWYER directly as employer is in between.
Please help.
