Hi Everyone,
A US based consultant recently applied H1 for me. When I got my papers I found out that one letter of my last name is spelt wrong.
The consultant says that when I go for stamping I will be asked to fill form OF 156 and if I write my correct name and get stamping, there will be no problem.
If anyone had the same problem or knows anyone who had the same problem please
1) Tell me if I can listen to the consultant and go ahead and do as he asks me
2) WIll doing like this will have any future problems like for my Green card etc ...
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
