L1 to GC

I was on H1B in US till 12-Jan-2000, LC and I-140 cleared under EB-3 with PD of oct-1999.
Transferred to a branch in Canada, coming back to US on L1-A in feb-2001.

Should I apply for new LC, I-140, I-485 as i come under EB-1 with L1-A
or
somehow use the old LC, I-140.

Confused ..........
