Hi,
I am on H1 visa, valid upto July 2001. My wife is on H4 visa, valid up to 2001. Some company filed her H1. We are
expecting H1 aproval notice in the month of feb 2001. Currently she is in india. She is comming back to usa on feb 22nd.
Currently my company aplied for my labour certification in RIR process.
My Q?s are,
1. If she get her H1 aproval notice before feb 22nd, then
she can enter into the country on H4 visa.
2. If she enter on H4 visa, it will effect on my green card
processing.
Please help me.
