H1 transfer before stamping and when out of US
Hi,
I have a valid multiple entry B1 Visa expiring in 2013 &
a valid L1 visa for Company "A" expiring in 2010
While I was in US on L1 I applied for H1 through a consulting firm "C". The H1 was selected in random process and approved. I haven't got the H1 stamped yet. The H1 will be for period starting 1st Oct 2008.
The consulting firm "C" is taking too much of time to submit the H1 documents so I can do the stamping.
Now I am in Europe and may have to travel to US for Company "A". The US trip may have to be taken after Oct-2008.
If I have to travel to US for Company "A" on what visa I should travel "L1" or "B1"? not breaching the H1 requirement and at the same time not letting go the H1 approval.
Also is it possible to transfer the H1 approval to another company without being in US and before getting the H1 stamped.
Please help me know the exact process as I am not sure what to do with my future US travel.
