Hi,
This is Sai. I have a H1 with Wipro, it was expired, company applied extension, it was apporved. In the extension period, I moved to another company and got the H1 apporvals.
Now my previous company asked my H1 docs as per the policy. I have sent them, it seems they sent the docs to USCIS. I got an email from USCIS stating that ' Your case was re opened'.
My query is, is there any thing that can happen? Why that case was re opened?
