Change of status from H1B to J2

I am currently on an H1B and my husband is on an F1. He is thinking about changing his status to J1. I want to change mine to J2.

Can it be done on the same I-539 or do I have to file a separate I-539 for my status change? Or is there a totally separate procedure for changing from H1 to J2? What other documents might be required? Any help on this issue will be appreciated.
