Hi,
i have applied H1B from one consultency and had my H1B interview on Sep 30 they have me 221g,i have submited all my docs with passport on Nov 5 and am waiting for their response.
My Question is now can i use the Approval notice I797 to transfer my H1B with another company in India and can attend my interview again? (even though my H1B was not stamped).
can i apply for H1b again for 2009 with my or any other company or will this approved petition is sufficient?
