Hi,
My previous employer send me to the US on L1 in 2006 for 5 months, when I left the company L1 was cancelled in 2007.
Now from current employer I went to US for 3 months on B1 and now employer wants to send me on L1 for 5-6 months.
My spouse is in the US currently on B1 with I-94 stamped with date around march first week. He has also got H1 in 2008 in lottery system from external firm which is not stamped yet.
While filling up the questionnnaire for L1 I came across the following question,
Q: Are any of your family members currently in the destination country? If yes please list their names here.
My query is,
1. Should I mention that my spouse is in the US currently and give other required information like I-94 number etc.??
2. Can our cases affect each others visas?
3. What are your suggestions about our cases. Any precautions we should be taking. OR things we should be avoidng.
