H1 Transfer still staying in India
Hi All,
I wanted some one to help me in this situation, it is in the foll way
1. I have H1 visa stamped from my company
2. Now i am been laid off from tht compnay
3. I approached a consultant who is ready to give me a job in US
Prob:
1. All my papers are with my prev company
2. My consultant is saying to travel on the Prev companies petition and once i reach US they will apply for my transfer (at this time wht all is reqd)
3. My compmay is ready to give docs but they are saying if i am traveling on their petition they will might face problem (will they face any such issue)
Pls reply me soon if any one knows as i need to resolve this things on an ASAP
