Hi All,
Can someone tell me
1) What supporting documents need to be submitted while applying for Change of Status from H1 to H4 (I-539 Form)?
2) Any idea about how much time approximately it will take for COS?
3) I work in Texas and my Husband works in CA but both of our H1 Parent companies are in Texas. Where can I apply for COS (Vermont or California)?
4) I already have visa stamping on H4 and after coming to USA, I changed to H1(got I-94) and worked for some period.Now after I change back to H4, do I need to have again visa stamping for H4 ?
