i forgot to clarify my sitiuation in the previous post

i am doing a master degree in public health i did not finish my degree i completed only one semester, and this is my second one ,at the same time i got a prematch offer to start residency in a hospital in june on h1b this has nothing to do with the h1b cap as far as i know

what are the documents that i need to submit in order to change status from f1 to h1b within the usa
