Hi,
My wife worked on H1B for two months last year and then she had to revert back onto H4 since she got terminated from the job. Now her employer wants to hire her back provided she goes out of US and comes back on H-1B stamping. I was wondering if she can go to stamping in either mexico or canada. Since she is planning to go to mexico/canada alone(i cannot accompany her) i wanted to make sure if mexico/canada are currently accepting H4 to H1B conversions. Did anyone recently get their H4 to H1B stamping done in either mexico or canada. Please help with any information
