Hi All,
Feb 2009 i did a H1 transfer from company A to B. During the transfer, i travelled to India. Now there was a query from USCIS to provide few documents to company B.
Can i travel to US with company A stamping as it is valid till Sep 2009?.

Company A told me that they will revoke my H1.
Is there a way that i can check that company A's H1 has been revoked or not?

Also while exiting US they havenot taken my I94 form. Does it cause any issue while going back ?

As the market situation is not good now, can i think of coming to US after 6 months with the above legal issues. Any advice in this regard is highly appreciated.
