Here is my scenario,
My fiance is on F1 right now, and by end of this August she will be done with her studies. She applied for H1 this year and got it approved. Her H1 starts from Oct 2009. We are planning to visit India this September, after her studies are completed and before her H1 starts. So, she will have to get her visa stampped for her H1.
By any case, should it be a problem in getting her visa stamped? Also, because she will complete her studies at the end of August 2009 and she will be on H1 starting from Oct 1, 2009, we are not planning to apply for her OPT. Will it help if she applies for OPT, just to be on a safer side if in case H1B stamping doesn't go through smooth.
