In JUly 2008 I entered US on L1A of Company A.I had an H1B approval(COS)from Company B.On October 1st 2008 Company A transfered H1B from Company B otherwise i would have been in company B's payroll.My L1 was stamped till 2011 June.While transfering my H1B i got the H1B approval till 2010 Feb only.My question is has my L1A got cancelled automatically.I have not stamped the H1B as im still in US.If my L1A is not cancelled can i go back to India and re -enter in L1.Please Help.Thank you very much
