After Seven years residing in US on h1b, then 4 years in India,
applied for B1 couple of times, got denied with 214b, since I had applied for immigration during my stay in US which was also denied then.
Now applied through H1B, the consular officer denied, 'cause the company is too small with 5 employees.
What are my options? I'm having a business in India and got to visit US for atleast a month.
The consular officer are denying based on once I applied for immigration.
Last time he even warned me for life ban penalty and asked to withdraw the H1B petition.
My son is minor US citizen, would it help me to get back now?
I just need to visit US couple of months every year for my business to grow in India. I dont have any immigration intention at all.
