Hi All,

I got green latter during my h-1 b visa stamping and embassy asked me to submit client letter, wage reports, w2 froms, notarized list of employees. I am woking for consulting company and initially on opt. Now my application is under desk review. Anyone an idea what is desk review and how long it will take. I submitted the documents on 22nd Sep, 2009 and already been a month now. In interview vso told me i qualified for h-1 b visa and this is a routine process and random check. is this a positive sign.
Please help.
