Advanced thanks to all who ever trying to answer my questions.please consider this is urgent since my wife and kid H4 is getting expired.
1.I came to U.S with company A and I got my visa and I94 till Sep 2010.
2.I transfered my Visa to company B I got my I797 till May 2011 and for this company I worked couple of months.
3.Again I transfered my I797 in Sep 2008 to company C and I got my I797 till Jan 2010.
4.My wife and kid went to chennai consulate in Apr 2009 for H4 stamping got visa till Jan 2010.
5.My wife and Kid came to U.S with their Visa (Which valid till Jan 10 and It is with name of company C) on May 2009 then again they gobe back to India in Aug 2009
6.I laid off and cancelled my I797 by company C in Jun 2009
7.I moved to company B (they did not cancel my I 797) and started to working for B.
8.Since I moved to Company B,my wife need to have company B's H4 Visa before Company C'S H4 stamp expired (on their Passport present H4 is getting expired in Jan 2010).
My Questions are:
1.Will they get the Company B'S h4 visa since I am working B company at present?
2.What are the documents required H4 extension or transfer
3.What is the fee for h4 Extension/transfer
4.How many days it will take to get approve? Can H4 can stay If H4 extension process going even their Visa date got over?
